Ordering & Shipping
Orders received before 11:00am (Queensland time) Mon-Fri are shipped same day from our Queensland warehouse, otherwise shipped next business day.
Within Australia
Domestic orders are sent by Australia Post. Delivery will be either Parcel Post (7-12 days) or Express Post (2-4 days) depending on what you chose at checkout.
For all orders for glasses, or orders that contain glasses:
- Free Australia-wide for Parcel Post
- $6.95 for upgrade to Express Post
For orders that contain only accessories (no glasses included in order):
- $8.95 Australia-wide for Parcel Post
- $11.95 Australia-wide for Express Post
A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is shipped.
International Orders
At the moment we only ship internationally to New Zealand.
New Zealand orders are sent by Australia Post. Delivery will be either International Parcel Post (7-11 days) or International Express (3-6 days) depending on what you chose at checkout.
For all orders for glasses, or orders that contain glasses:
- $3.00 (1-2 pairs) or $4.50 (3-4 Pairs) for International Parcel Post
- $12.95 (1-2 pairs) or $14.95 (3-4 Pairs) for International Express
- Higher rates for larger quantities
For orders that contain only accessories (no glasses included in order):
- $10.95 for International Parcel Post
- $19.95 for International Express
A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is shipped.
Duties, taxes and tarrifs on imported goods are levied at the point of entry into the receiver's country. You, as the receiver, will be responsible for these charges that are generally paid direct to the customs or excise authorities in your country by the receiver of the goods.
Incorrect Delivery Address Or Return To Sender Items
Please ensure that the delivery address that you provide to us is correct.
We are charged a "return to sender" postage fee by Australia Post for any parcels sent back to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, or the if the item hasn't been picked up from the Post Office within 10 business days.
If an items is returned to us, we will require you to pay the return to sender fee that we've been charged by Australia Post, plus the cost of re-shipping your order to you, before your returned parcel is re-shipped to you.
