Returns & Refunds

In all cases, the item must be returned to us before a refund or replacement is issued, and you will be responsible for the cost of the returning the item to us.

As per our Returns & Refunds Policy, we will exchange or refund (at our discretion) any items with a manufacturing fault when received if you notify us (with photos) within 3 days of receiving your order, and return the items to us within 7 days of receiving.

Blind as a Bat Magnified 1.5 = 1.0 bought in chemists

Impressed with the make quality. I previously purchased Blind as a Bat magnified 1.0 (which is the strength i buy in chemist) but found they were not the same magnification. I then purchased these Blind as a Bat in 1.5 magnification and found them to be equivalent to a 1.0 bought in chemist.

Thanks for pointing out the magnification inconsistencies in chemist reading glasses. Other customers have also mentioned that our factory calibrated lenses fall into line with what their prescription says they should be wearing, but chemist glasses commonly don't and can be out by as much as a whole diopter.
